Refund Policy
Session Cancellation and Refunds
We understand that sometimes cancellations are necessary. Our refund policy outlines the options available to you if you need to cancel a therapy session or if a session is cancelled by your therapist.
Cancellation By You (The User)
If you need to cancel a scheduled therapy session, you have two options for your refund: a session credit or a cash refund (if you've made a payment). The refund amount you receive depends on when you initiate the cancellation:
If you cancel at least 12 hours before your session: You’ll receive a 100% session credit or, if applicable, a 100% cash refund.
If you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled session: You will not be eligible for a session credit or cash refund.
Last-minute cancellations are non-refundable due to limited time to reallocate the slot and the therapist’s reserved time.
For sessions cancelled at least 12 hours in advance, at the time of cancellation, you have three options:
Book a new session immediately with the same therapist.
Receive a session credit added to your account. This credit is valid for 1 year from the date of your original session's purchase.
Request a cash refund to your original payment method, if you paid for the session. To do this, please email us at: support@reva.health
Cancellation by Your Therapist
If your therapist cancels a session, you'll receive a session credit in your account, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. This credit can be used to book a future session.
Extended Credit Validity: If your therapist cancels your session within 30 days of your credit expiring, we'll extend the validity of that credit by an additional 30 days from the date of cancellation. This gives you more time to book your next session.
Cash Refund for Therapist Cancellation: If you prefer, you can request a cash refund for this session credit, provided you made a payment to book the session and your request is within the credit's validity period. Please contact us to arrange this.
Session Delays or Technical Issues
In the rare event that a booked session isn't completed in its entirety due to an unforeseen reason on our end (e.g., technical issues), please contact us. Refunds and resolutions in these situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
